MR. FRIED was admitted to practice law in the Courts of the State of New York in January 1997, the United States District Court in the Eastern District in February 1997 and the United States District Court in the Southern District in March 1997.

MR. FRIED was also admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of the United States of America in December 2000.

On April 24, 2002, MR. FRIED was awarded full certification as a Law Guardian for Appointment in Domestic Relations Matters.

In May 2002, MR. FRIED completed the seven (7) day American Bar Association Family Law Advocacy Institute intensive trial lawyers program.

In September 2008, MR. FRIED participated as a moot court judge for the 2008 Bainbridge Competition at Touro Law Center.

MR. FRIED is a member of the New York State Bar Association- Family Law Section, as well as a member of the Matrimonial Committee and the Nassau County Bar Association.
